Cancellation policy
A cancellation, a reduced length of stay or a reduced number of guests are all treated as a cancellation and carry the following fees:
- 1–14 days before arrival — 100%
- 15–30 days before arrival — 50%
- 31–90 days before arrival — 30%
High-season and peak-migration dates are confirmed on a non-refundable basis.
Children under 4 stay free; child rate applies ages 4–11 sharing with adults.
