To reserve and confirm space on any trip, Loyk Mara Camp requires a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the invoice due within 10 days from the date of the Hotel’s pro forma invoice. The balance of the invoice amount is due for payments within 30 days prior to the date of arrival. In the unfortunate event that the balance of the invoice amount is not paid within the stipulated time, Loyk Mara Camp reserves the right to treat the reservation as canceled.
